I had to work the midnight shift tonight and I temped when I got up tonight around 10:30 p.m. I never really fell asleep...might have dosed off but basically layed in bed for 4 1/2 hours with my eyes shut. Should I use that temp or wait till tomarrow and temp when I get up tommarrow ( which is actually today). I usually temp at 6:20 am.
Well, looking at your chart, the temp that you put in for today doesn't look very accurate. Maybe you could put a note in there that you were sleep deprived.
