So last cycle I only went by temps and CM. This cycle I'm going to add OPK's as well. So what happens when you get a positive OPK and your temp doesn't drop or spike? Does this ever happen? If it does, what do you go by? The temp? Or the OPK?[/b]

A positive OPK doesn't guarantee that you will ovulate, all it tells you is that your body is *trying* to ovulate. It's very possible to have a positive and then not ovulate afterwards, especially for women who are breastfeeding, coming off a hormonal contraceptive, or who have PCOS. The OPK tells you that your body will likely ovulate within 12-36 hours, but it's not a guarantee. Your temps will tell you whether ovulation did occur or not, and sometimes they can take an extra day or two to rise after ovulation has occurred.
