So any day now... I'm waiting for my temp. to go down.

I know I'm only 9 dpo but I've been worrying about a possible pregnancy for those crueling days! Last cycle I was 9 dpo when AF came. Yeah. every woman is different... but on average how many days is you dpo before AF comes?

Oh, and I know it's about 18 days of high temps. to mean you're probably pregnent. But how many dpo would you wait to POAS?

some poas from day 9! personally ive never found out that early so tend to wait til i am at least 12dpo (unless like this month ff changes my dates at last min) my luteal phase (dpo days) is normally 13-14 but this month (first after coil coming out) has been 16!
hope you get a bfp soon and dont have to wait too long to know
xxx

Morgan, if you are really worried, I'd test with a FRER on 12 DPO, and if it's negative test again on 14 DPO. If AF doesn't show by the next day, I'd POAS again...lol

My average LP is 10 days. I usually start POAS around 7dpo just because I'm a freak. Right now I'm 12dpo and still getting negatives so from now on my plan is to wait until I still don't have AF by 14dpo before I POAS!
