Okay, so my LP has been an unknown length, 11 days, 8 days (possibly anovulatory), and now I'm at 13dpo with no sign of AF. I saw my physician this morning and, of course, peeing in a cup produced a BFN. DUH! They drew blood for a quantitative hCG but I'm pretty sure it will be negative. I go to the ob/gyn tomorrow so I guess I'm just wondering what could cause my LP to vary so much? I've looked online, studied TCOYF, and asked my physician but got no answers on possible causes. Everything seems to address a short LP or low progesterone or what not but nothing seems to explain a LP that is just wacky! So any ideas ladies?

It could still be your body getting used to being off the mirena.

mirena?? that explains a lot! lol
when did you have mirena removed?
my mirena came out itself on 2nd nov. i apparently oved late (normally easy 16 day ov and 14 LP) but this time i oved on day 23 and LP was 16 days. totally above the norm for me.
doc told me it was body adjusting but shouldnt take too long (im lucky as was still oving with it in and was only in 6 and a half months)
fingers crossed someone can give you some answers soon and you can start to know what your body is going to do next.
the other thing is your temps are still above coverline (pretty high above) so i wouldnt rule out a bfp just yet
best wishes
sarah

I would say it's probably your body getting use to the lack of the hormones from the Mirena.

I hope your body straightens itself out soon! Good luck!
