I've been charting my temps pretty regularly since I got my BFP. They are still above the coverline...but the last three days they have gradually gone down one tenth of a degree (98.5, 98.4 and today 98.3). I am taking prometrium suppositories, but I am still worried this means my progesterone is dropping. I have my ultrasound next Saturday, but if they continue to drop I may call the doctor. Is it normal for temps to fluctuate above the coverline during pregnancy, or should they stay high and steady? Thanks!!

It's normal for them to fluctuate, but they should stay pretty consistent. If they take a big dip, then I would worry. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Thanks Jennifer! I hope they go back up tomorrow, my coverline is 97.7, so for now I am hoping I am okay.

If you're on progesterone supplements, then you're most likely ok. It's pretty normal for your temp to fluctuate--especially if there's conditions that make it that way--temperature of your house, no blankets, etc.

Congrats, and hope your u/s goes welll!!!!
