I am confused.
If you look at my last cycle's chart, it appears my LP was 9 days when it is usually 14 (only I think I really ovulated the day before despite my temp shift which would be a 10 day LP). My question is, what in the heck happened? I did not think your LP changed like that. Any ideas on what happened or what I can do about this so it does not happen again?
Take a look at my previous charts - my LP ranges from 9 days to last months being 13.
I think it's normal to vary slightly. And I daresay a month where it seems totally wacky, is quite normal I'd like to think you go back to around your 14 days again next cycle. Personally, I wouldn't try to "correct" it until you see what it is next cycle.
Thanks everyone. I hope it was a fluke too, I was thinking maybe since I ovulated earlier then usual and had more EWCM then ever it may have thrown off my hormone levels or something. I guess we'll see this cycle
