Hey ladies, I'm new to the whole charting scene! I took a shower last night right before bed, and didn't think until afterwards that it could screw up my temp. I tried to dry it as best I could. I'm just wondering if that will affect it and do I need to do anything with that temp? I did make a note of it. TIA!

I don't really think it will......you'd want to be more concerned about sleeping naked vs sleeping in jammies, extra blankets, sleeping w/mouth open instead of shut, etc.

I agree with Jennifer. I wouldn't worry about it!

Yeah, I would think it would dry anyway before you wake up. Shouldn't make a difference!

Thanks for the advice. I do temp at 3:45 am, as I BF and that's the best time after I've gotten a several hours.
