Hello! I was wondering how all of you learned about charting and things, I went to a website but it seems kind of confusing. I want to do it, I just dont know how. Can anyone help?

You can read a book (Taking Charge of Your Fertility, The Billings Ovulation Method, The Art of Natural Family Planning, etc) to learn to chart.

You can do the Fertility Friend online course (www.fertilityfriend.com)....NOT recommended for charting to avoid pregnancy though. It's not thorough enough for that!

You can take a course or class. (Home study course available through the Couple to Couple League, Northwest Family Services, and Family of the Americas. Online course available through www.woomb.org) Local classes may also be available, depending on where you live.
