How does it work? Do you have any good links you can post?
I think i may be on to cycle 3 and i want this to be my last cycle so i am going to start charting.
Also is it good if your temp is high right before AF is due? I was at the DR. today and my temp was 100.1 I am not sick so i thought that was really odd. My normal temp is 97.9.

Go to fertilityfriend.com. you can chart there and they will give you an online course. when you login each day to chart your temp they provide you with a new lesson on charting. very easy. I can't seem to stay off my chart. trying to find something new. good luck! your temp is usually higher if you are pg, but i don't think it should be that much higher, but what do i know. i have only been doing this for 5 months.

a temp that high is a fever, not a high temp. fertility friend is not a bad place to start. Taking CHarge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is an awesome book to read and I recommend it.
