My temp dropped this AM and AF is here!

On the plus side--I have been taking B6 for 2 months now and my spotting before AF has gone from FIVE DAYS to....

ZERO!!!!!!!!

I had no spotting this month! My temps stayed up, and I had a solid 12 day LP.

That's awesome the that B6 is helping you! I am sorry though that AF showed....hope you have better luck this cycle!
