Hello! My name is Stephanie and I planning a 2008 wedding to my fiance Robert and I have two boys, Jeremiah (1) and Paul(3 next month), in my siggy!

I have suffered m/c's the last one in November of 2007. Since then I hadn't had a cycle until today. I thought I had some light spotting this morning and got protection. When I checked back later, I knew it was AF! Which I am happy because we would love to concieve again. Not sure when.

I do know that I might wait until September, Jeremiah and Paul's birthday are in January and February and I don't want anymore birthdays that close, if need be, but my DF wants a baby NOW. So the jury's out on when. But I do want to chart. I have charts, set up at fertility friend, and my basal thermometer. I have also decided to use OPK"s.

So, now I need your help....
Can, I start taking my temp tomorrow since I was not sure if it was real today?
How will it affect it if I do?
What is the best OPK to use?
How do I get someone to stalk my charts to know I am doing this right?
Cervix position...how does it work?

Stephanie!!! yay!! COngrats on AF's arrival. I know you have been waiting for her!

You can definitely start tomorrow. Just mark it as CD2 on fertilityfriend. A lot of people don't even temp during AF so you are fine, it really won't affect your chart.
I use internet cheapie OPK's, so maybe one of the other women can answer that question!
Just post here anytime you'd like us to stalk you or have questions, and make sure to post a link to your chart in your siggy and in the chart stalking room.
Cervical position...should be low and slightly open right now for AF, then it will close up again and should be Low, closed, and firm. As you get closer to O, it will become soft, high, open, and you will see wet cervical mucous(SHOW). It amy take a few cycles to learn what is really high, etc.

Jennifer answered your questions quite well. I would also just like to add--try to relax and enjoy it...I know it gets REALLY hard to do when you're tracking your fertility. I got really obsessed with it, and it stressed out both me and DH.
