I think this is why I can't ever figure out when I ovulate. I think I have a fall back rise pattern because every chart of mine does this. I think I o'd and then the next day my temp is down. Then the following day it is back up. I am so frustrated. I had a positive opk three days ago. I thought I o'd but now my temp is down, as usual. I don't think dh is going to bd again today so I am just hoping that we timed it close enough. I am really frustrated.

I know what you mean...it looks like TCOYF has pinpointed your O day, where FF is lagging....

Hang in there...at least it's a good sign if your temps are doing the same thing EVERY cycle--you're consistant. I'll be interested to see if your temps start to rise instead of staying with this jagged pattern.

Good luck, Patty!
