I want to say I was 11 when AF first started. I had textbook 28 day cycles until I was 17, and then they started going haywire. Now I'm lucky to have a cycle

As of my next cycle I will have been charting a full year.

And yes, we will use charting as birth control, because I cannot tolerate hormonal birth control.

I was eleven, but not even one month shy of my twelfth birthday, so maybe it counts as twelve? Dunno. Anyway, the last week of April the year I turned twelve.

I've been *officially* charting since last May, so for nine months, though I was keeping track of all but my temperature, without a chart (just on a mini calendar) for about six months prior to that.

We were using it as birth control until DH decided he was ready to try for a baby. We'll go back to using it as birth control after we have said baby... except that that baby doesn't exist yet!! :-)

I was 12 or so. I started at the Valentine's Day dance my 8th grade year......... wearing a white dress. It was humiliating!

On and off for nearly a year now.

Ummm, since we've been trying for 2 years so far with no luck, I don't think BC will be an issue. However, if needed, yes, I will use charting for BC.

3. Will you(or are you) use charting as birth control? I could I suppose, but for now hormonal B/C is gonna fix more of my problems than charting will, but it's always an option I have for when I go crazy on the B/C

3. Will you(or are you) use charting as birth control? I'm using the FAM method right now, being extra careful around O time to use protection.

I started the week before I started 8th grade...brand new school, we moved to a new state. So I was 13, I think?

I charted for almost a year straight before our BFP, but we had been TTC for 18 months.

I don't plan on going on BC after I deliver, just because it took us SO long to get pregnant in the first place....however, I don't want an "oopsie" so close to having our first little one, so I might chart to prevent--I HIGHLY doubt anything would happen--we weren't able to get pregnant on our own.
