I think you might be jumping the gun with speculations about how long your LP will be, etc. It could just be a weird cycle - everyone has those from time to time! I would suggest just waiting it out to see if there actually is a problem before worrying. One cycle also isn't enough to diagnose a Luteal Phase Deficiency, you need to see it happening consistently over the course of several cycles. Also, have you recently discontinued a hormonal contraceptive? Because if you have, what was "normal" for you while taking synthetic hormones may not be "normal" for you now that your body has to figure out what to do on it's own again. If that's that case, it's too soon to worry about correcting cycle irregularities - you need to give your body time to sort itself out.
As for temping, don't worry about moving or talking a little. Some women can get up and go to the bathroom first and it doesn't affect their temperatures. The movement which can affect you temps is anything which can start to raise your body temperature, like - don't jump out of bed and start doing jumping jacks before you take your temp. That's all.
