Can someone explain my chart to me?

I have no idea what any of it means...I need to be educated badly I think...anyone help?

yup. those are pretty high pre-O temps. do you have any other charts or is this your first cycle charting?

First cycle taking temps...is there any more explanation of the chart? I know it could be I didn't take them early enough...

it could just be that you have naturally high temps. It'll be easier to tell once you get a full cycle on there.

actually I've always been told I have naturally low temps so I'm thinking it's due to the fact I haven't been sleeping well that my temps are so low...I never sleep through the night and I get really hot too...
