a triphasic chart is one sign, as well as increased temps past the normal luteal phase. the real "tell" is 18 days of high temps past ovulation.

Some people can have triphasic charts and not be pregnant, but in my mind, triphasic is always a good sign!

is mine triphasic? i thought at first, but then read that its usually between days 7-10 that it happens...

It's probably too early at this point to determine if your chart is triphasic--5 dpo is a bit early, as a triphasic chart would occur AFTER implantation, and implantation is *usually* 7-10 dpo. But I say *usually* because nothing is written in stone, and everyone's body is different!
