OK, so most nights lately, it has been in the single digits. My dorm room is kept very warm, but I am hypothyroid and always cold, so I sleep in sweats or track pants and a long sleeve t-shirt most of the time. But last night, it only got down to like 30, and my room was hot, so I slept in shorts and a t-shirt with a fan on. If you click on my ticker, you can look at my chart and see what happened... Do you think it's because of what I was wearing and the fan?? TIA!!!

Absolutely! Changing the temp in the room, the amount of blankets or clothing..... anything like that can definitely affect your temp. I know from experience that a fan can definitely cause a temp drop.

Thank you! Tonight is another 30+ degree night so I will again sleep in a t-shirt and shorts. When I temp at 8, I bet the temp will be lower again!

Isn't it crazy how stuff like that can affect your temp? Brrrrr! Hope you get another warm night--know it's not good for your temps, but I hate being cold!
