HI...I'm new at this. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I take my temp everyday at 7am sharp. But I had to go to a work-conference today out-of-town, so I had to temp at 5:15am. I thought there was a way to (on FF) adjust the temp or something...is there?

Or is there a formula to estimate what it would have been if I could have temped at 7am?

I would just record it and also record what time you took it.
