opk ???

Ok, I just got some OPK's and I the other day when I used one, there was one very dark line and the other was barely visable. I marked it as negative, but when I used one today I realized that the dark line on the first one was actually the test line, not the control. Was that actually a positive, or just a messed up test since the control line was barely visable?

BTW.....today's the test line was lighter than the control, but I'm pretty much positive that I already O'd. Just took one today out of curiosity..... and wanting to see two pink lines!

I've seen some positive OPk's that are so positive that the control line is weak. good luck!

Thanks. I don't know what to think now. Last night I was sure I had O'd, but this AM I had a major temp drop...... the lowest it's been all cycle, and tons of ewcm. Maybe I didn't O yet after all. I guess I'll just use a few more OPK's. Hopefully it happens soon. I'm almost out of them! (It was just a small pack that a friend who is now pregnant gave me.)

I know there are mixed feelings on the topic even among doctors and researchers, but I honestly wonder if I am Oing for the 2nd time this cycle. I don't know. I do know that I have given up on ever understanding what my body is doing or why. lol Every time I think I have it figured out it changes again anyway.

It can definitely happen, but I don't think that's what's going on with your body. I think you've been gearing up to O a few times, and just haven't yet. Hopefully this is it though, with the positive OPK!
