I shot for 6:30am every day. But sometimes i wake up early and then try to go back to sleep, should i take my temp when i wake up or when i re-wake up LOL?
I'd say if you wake up early, but it's still fairly close to when you normally wake up, I would take it then. If it's hours before when you would wake up, I would wait!
I take my temp at 7am every morning. that is when I have to get up to get my daughter to the bus stop. On weekends I try to take it around that time but I am sometimes late between 7:30 and 8am.
