Hi all! I'm new to the forum, and new to charting. Just a quick question.....is it pretty common for your temps to rise right before AF? mine are higher the last few days than they have been all month, and I'm on CD 34 with nothing but a few teensy tiny cramps. normally my cycle is 32-35, so i should be expecting AF anytime.....

any suggestions? it's my first month charting, so i'm just wondering what y'all have seen..........

thanx!

JJB

Every person is different. A lot of people get a temp dip before AF, some peoples temps stay up, etc.

Share a link to your chart so we can stalk you!

We are glad to have you on the board!

I used to be a POAS-a-holic(Pee on a stick), so I would suggest that you take a test---but you might want to wait for AF.

Good luck!!
