When the Luteal Phase reaches 18 days, there are three possibilities. 1. Pregnancy, obviously. 2. Miscalculated ovulation date. 3. Lutenized Unruptured Follicle (LUF). Your chart looks good, I don't think your ovulation date is wrong. I'd be more inclined to think you may have had a LUF this cycle.
A LUF is basically an inadequate ovulation. It means ovulation did occur, but the ova didn't quite pop all the way through the ovary and so it turns into a cyst. The hormones produced by this cyst can cause the Luteal Phase to be abnormally long (up to 21 days, but no longer than that). It's nothing to worry about, one of those fluke things that happens once in awhile. It's only something to worry about if it seems to happen consistently, but once in awhile is normal.
I had one once, with an 18 day LP as well.
