I had a few drinks last night, but certainly wasnt drunk. I had plenty of sleep but this morning I had a massive jump in temps (you can see in my chart) from 97.4 to 97.85 and i'm past ovulation already. Would alcohol affect it THAT much? I drank the evening before and it didnt affect it that much

I also don't have problems after ONE night of drinking, but if i go back to back I do have a temp spike. Sorry I don't know the exact amount but I would say its more from the two nights in a row.

I think it is the progesterone. I have taken it before and it raised my temps.
