Hi! I haven't ovulated since I went off BCP about 14 months ago, and am going to be headed to the doctor soon for that. But, my question is .. I had a big temp jump this morning, and some spotting. I was wondering if you thought this might have to do with ovulating? Do you usually spot before ovulation, or after? Thanks!

Ovulation spotting can occur a few days before ovulation and anytime up until it actually happens. Not everyone gets it. Your chart looks hopeful though, hope you are able to ovulate on your own again soon!
