www.fertilityfriend.com is very popular, it has an online course you can take for free. It's a little bit prone to false interpretations, but as long as you know how to interpret your own chart, you'll know when it's wrong.

There's also www.fertilitycircle.com

www.ovusoft.com is the BEST charting software, but it's not free unfortunately.

Then there's www.nfpcharting.com, but it's only appropriate if you use either the Billings Ovulation Method or Creighton Model of charting.
