This cycle has me sooo confused! I really need advice ladies. FF says I O'ed on CD 10 which puts me at 9dpo right now. If that's right I would test on Monday (or start testing anyway). I don't know if I agree with them though. I'm leaning more toward CD 16 which would only make me 3 dpo. CD 16 I forgot to use an OPK cd 17 was about half as dark as the control and cd 18 was lighter than cd 17. I'm betting cd 16 would have been pos.
To make matter much more confusing I got sick on cd 16 and my temp shot up to 103 that night, and has been going that high during the day ever since. Since I've had to take tylenol every night (at about midnight, then temp @ 6 am) can I even trust the temps on the chart for those cd17,18 & 19?

Another ? is this..... if I did just O on CD 16 would my high temps have killed off any of DH swimmers anyway? I'm really just trying to decide wether I should test on Monday or if I am out for this cycle. What do you think?

FF's crosshairs are definitely wrong, because of the re-appearance of EWCM on days 15 and 16. It's normal to have a little bit of CM in the LP, but it shouldn't be EWCM - so there's the first clue that you weren't actually in your LP yet. Don't waste your test on Monday.

As for when ovulation really did occur, there isn't enough data to confirm that you did yet. You need 3 temperatures higher than the previous 6 to confirm it, PLUS a mucus dry up. You have to discard all your sick temps, even with Tylenol unfortunately. That leaves mucus only. During this last patch of mucus from CD15-18, would you say the CM:

1. Developed and changed, becoming increasingly wet over the course of those 4 days?

2. Became slippery at some point?

3. Dried up abruptly? A drastic change from one day to the next?

If yes to ALL, when was the LAST day you felt slippery? That's your Peak day and the one closest to ovulation. If the CM didn't do all 3 things, then you're still waiting to O.

It's very possible that you geared up to ovulate this time and being sick interrupted it.

Should I discard the temp on CD 16 also? That's the day I got sick. I woke up feeling not great, and my temp climbed slowly but steadily that day ending up at 103 that evening. I'm starting to agree that I might not have O'ed. This afternoon I am having tons of EWCM again. I HATE being sick, but especially at this time!

Yeah, the temp on CD16 should probably be discarded too. But on the bright side, you've still got a shot this cycle!

Hopefully. Honestly though....I don't expect this one to be any different from the last twenty-some cycles. Just hoping for a miracle at this point.

Thanks for your input though. I appreciate it.
