I would keep it as one long cycle, *just in case* this breakthrough bleed precedes ovulation. *If* that happens and you started a new cycle, you'll lose all the temps from before the bleeding and might miss the thermal shift *if* it happens.
Then after awhile, if this doesn't result in ovulation - you can always go back and call this bleeding CD1 just to tidy things up, so you don't have a chart that's 10 miles long.
