Ok, this is just a random thought, but I hope someone will know an answer to this. If nothing else Sarah, maybe you could ask about it at work and see if they know anything. Can post O temps be an indication of wether you have a had a strong or weak O? (Strong egg or a weak one) I just wonder because some months you can barely tell I've O'd the thermal shift is so small. This month there was a HUGE spike. I guess I'm kind of hoping this means that it's a good strong O and I'll have a better chance of getting preggo. I mean, 3dpo and my temps are higher than they were even when I got the BFP (early miscarriage) last year. What do you think?
Well, my temp is down a bit today but still way above the coverline. I ended up taking tylenol in the middle of the night because of a toothache too, so that probably affected my temps. I actually expected it to be alot lower. I really hope this is it. After two years...... I've really been losing hope lately. Doesn't help any that I am coming up on yet another angel due date....... and watching my SIL prepare for labor. We got pregnant within weeks of each other, and now she's full term. Sorry, I just had to vent a bit.
Post O temps don't really indicate the "quality" of the ovulation, no. The length of the luteal phase and whether or not there is pre-menstrual brown spotting reflects the quality of ovulation more.
It was a random shot in the dark. I kind of figured that would be the answer. Just a random thought that I decided to ask about. lol Thanks for responding.
