Question? Does your FF have your period due later than you would expect it? Like I expect AF today according to when I got her last month, but FF says Thursday???? I am not sure why...anyone have any idea? That would be cycle day 40, which seems long.

I can't see any of your previous charts, but FF goes by your luteal phase, not the # of days in yoru cycle.

I typically go by average LP, but that totally threw me off this last cycle. Typically the LP is the more stable part of your cycle and ovulation can change from cycle to cycle. It is affected by stress and everything else, so if ovulation is delayed for any reason you total cycle length will be longer than normal. (All this goes out the window if you have a LP defect that can shorten you LP)

I go by LP too. it's the most accurate. The pre-ovulatory part of your cycle can change all the time, but your post-ovulatory or luteal phase rarely changes by more than a day or two.
