Ovulating even with low temps? Opinions please...

Hi ladies,

This was my first cycle charting after coming off the BCP. I have PCOS, and I just turned 30, so even though I won't be TTC until the summer, I'm hoping to see if I'm ovulating on my own. My cycle was a little longer than the 28 days when I was on the pill, but AF came on Saturday after 32 days.

I'm using Ovusoft (TCOYF software), and it says that I O'd on CD 24. But as you can see, my temps never really went up much, even though I had EWCM right around that time. I checked a POAS OPK on CD 25 and saw a faint line, so I might have indeed O'd the day before. This month I will start using the Clearblue Digital OPK to see if it helps, but for now all I have is CM and temps to go by.

I'd appreciate anyone's opinions or experiences. Thanks!

I looked at your chart, but I really cant read the Ovusoft charts very well. Sorry!

No, I don't think you ovulated. Your temps are all too low and you had no consistent CM dryup. Good luck!

Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with Jennifer on this one....your temps are pretty low. I'm sorry! I hope you have better luck this cycle!

Thanks ladies. That`s what I figured, so I`ve started metformin this month in the hope that it`ll help get things going.

I'm really sorry, but I agree with the others. I don't think it looks like you ovulated. I've had trouble with this software in the past, where it would tell me that I have ovulated, when it is pretty obvious that I hadn't. Best of luck to you!

I agree with the other ladies about your chart. Perhaps you should switch to Fertility Friend. Theirs even accounts for things like your Metformin. I hope you get to O'ing in time to have a very brief TTC experience. Good luck!

Really? I have only ever had a problem once, and I was sure i had ovulated too....but normally I have issues with FF.
