The clocks over here in the UK go forward this weekend. I have a feeling that AF is about to show so will be starting a new charting cycle. I normally test at 6am. Should i alter this when AF starts so that my charting will be on track for the rest of the cycle?

Clare, with how close we are to the weekend and teh time change, I wouldn't really stress it, esp. since AF will be here and your temps will most likely be screwy anyway. Just put a note on your chart for later that the time change occurred.

If AF is here/coming, I definitely wouldn't worry about it. Your body will adjust over the weekend.

Good luck!
