hey ladies...just had some questions. I have 2 children already 2 and 4 and we are going to try for #3. I came off BC last month and had regular AF Oct 2 (5 days long) now I got it again on sunday and its SUPER bad..really heavy and uncomfortable

is that normal cause I was really regular on BC. and can I use the start date of this 2nd AF for checking for ovulation? or am I gonna even ovulate? little bit confused.
