Hey Ladies, I tested first thing this morning and got a BFN. I'm trying to think positive thoughts in hopes that I just tested too early. I O'd somewhere between the 16th and the 20th with the help of Clomid 100 MG. So even if it was the 20th I'd be 8DPO. Dr told me to test on day 30 which is next Friday the 6th. But of course I just can't resist testing early. Do you think it's just too early to tell? I won't test again until the 6th like the doc said, but any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think that you are testing to early. 8DPO is to early to tell. You should probably at least wait until your period is do and then if it does not show, later that day you can takte the pregnancy test. If you are testing sonner thatn 12DPO you are probably just going to waste the test even though there are some women that get results sooner than that. I waited until my period did not show 14DPO and then got a BFP later that day. I felt like my period was coming so don't read too much into symptoms because everyone is different and you never can tell.

I agree with sogie! Too early. I used to test early like that in my other months of TTC. The last month, DH hid my tests so I couldn't test until 3 days after my period was late. Some people do get early results, but if you are sure of your O date, most people don't implant until 7-10 after Ovulation. Stay positive! Good Luck!

Thank you for the advise. I thought I was testing too early I should have followed my instincts. I have some mild cramping this evening and I'm praying that AF is not coming soon. If not, I'll test on Friday and let you know!
