From Ireland.

We have been TTC for about 10 months now by trying it the natural way Just BDing whenever we felt like it and hoping for the best. but after 10 months I started to think we have to be doing something wrong so I googled "trying to conceive! and this site came up.
Everyone seemed really friendly and supportive so I decided to join 3 days ago.

The advice I've been give has been great so far. I just bought my 1st OPK and started a chart.
AF came on Friday so that is CD1...
My C usually is around day 25 so I'm guessing I should try OPK on day 11. Hope that's right. Then we BDing once I know I'm O. I think I have that right anyway.

I've made an appointment to see my dr next week. Just to make sure there is nothing medically wrong.

Lets hope everything goes ok...

I hope everyone who's trying all the best of luck and that month will be the month we all join DDC.

Ok so started Temping this morning 36.25c
Also took my new vitamins. Heading out walking soon I mean it can't hurt to get down a bit of weight if i can.

Hope everyone that tested 2day got a positive result. X

OK so this morning was my second day taking my temp. it went down from 36.5 to 35.4

Not sure what to say about that as I've just started.

Heading to the beach now with DH goinhg wind surfing and a nice meal out afterwards then some BD this evening.

took Temp this morning and afterward we did the BD. so it was a good morning untill I got a phone call.

I had my blood taken last week. My dr wanted to check my estrogen.
This tests for the level of follicle stimulating (FS) hormone of your cycle. FS is responsible for the maturation of 15 to 20 eggs in each ovary every cycle.

Anyway My dr just rang me and mine is at 12.5 (15 to 20 being good)
She's going to take blood again this month just to make sure. That depending on the date the blood taken some coluld have died off so she's going to take blood 4 days earlier in my Cycle.
She said not worry about it. But of course I am freaking out...



DH keeps trying to cheer me up but I know I'm going to stress out untill I get new results.

Hi rebroche,

I hope the next time your DR takes your blood test the results will be better, but don't worry because your # isn't very very low and I'm sure there is something out there to fix it fast. If you are comfortable with your doctor then you should really not worry like she said.

I wish you lots of luck and I'm anxious to get some news from you when you get some.
