Hello everyone, i am new to JM, decided to give it a shot and post something.
My husband and i have been TTC for about 16months, we were finally sent to the 3rd doctor about 6 weeks ago, and finally got some anwsers, i was diagnosed with PCOS, i was put on metformin immediately, and they started me on clomid, i just got through the first cycle and unfortunately it did not work cause work up this am with AF, after i have been miserable all week. The doctors think that our best option is IVF but my husband does not totally agree with that and we cannot afford it anyway, so they are going to try to increase the dosage of the clomid next month and see what happens. We are keeping our fingers crossed!

If anyone can explain some of the abbreviations to me too that would be great, not really sure what they all mean!
