Alright, well this is the 2nd cycle since I got my IUD removed (Mirena). Soooo I'm just gonna jump right in here.... Since I missed my LH surge last month (if I had one)... I decided to start OPK testing at CD 6. And I'm going to post pictures because it will help me compare them.

This is my first month temping too... which is going better than I expected. I told DH to just poke me at 6 a.m. every day and stick a thermometer in my mouth. lol Works for us! SOooooOOoo just waiting to O! But I hope it isn't this weekend (doubt it will be) b/c DH is out of town!

1/15/10 ~ YAY FINALLY A BFP (OPK)! CD 21
Cycle #2 OPK Progression (Late Ovulation Progression)

1/16/10~ O-day ~ CD22
I am soooo glad that this cycle is ovulatory! I hope we catch this egg!

1/25/10 ~ CD31/9DPO
Took a FRER HPT FMU ~ Negative, but it's still early.
Took an IC HPT 10:30 pm ~ Faint line. Evap?
Temp Dip ~ Implantation?
High/Firm Cervix

1/26/10 ~ CD 32/ 10dpo
Took an IC HPT FMU ~ BFN
Took an IC HPT 5:30pm ~ BFN
Noticed that I was able to express what looked like breastmilk from both nipples in the shower!??

1/27/10 ~ CD33/11 DPO
Took an IC HPT FMU ~ Faint Line
Took an IC HPT 8:30pm ~

Took a FRER 8:30 pm ~

A tiny bit of spotting.
High/Firm Cervix

I am due October 9, 2010 and cannot feel more blessed than I do right now!

My first Dr.'s appt is February 23rd, 2010.

Here are some of the things that I was doing the month I got my

We did not wait at all after my IUD removal. My doctor said we could go right at it, so we did. I don't know that I have any secrets or strategies, but here's what I did. I was planning on BDing every day around O time, but since I Oed much later than I thought I would, we were kind of worn out by then! lol Plus we were traveling that weekend... So we ended up BDing 2 days before O, the day before O, and the morning after O. Oh and I elevated my hips after BDing for a little while.

I was charting: temping, using OPKs, & checking my CM and CP.

I was taking my prenatal vitamins, Omega-3 Fish Oils 2400mgs a day (DH was taking them too), B-Complex, Calcium/Magnesium/D3, and Chewable Vit. C 500mg. (Not all of this was for fertility specifically... but that's my daily cocktail )

I don't know that anything I did helped my chances, but it didn't hurt em! I learned so much from you gals! Thanks, and I just know that before long, there's gonna be a whole knew crowd in here because you're all going to have gotten your

Thank you so much! Yes, I did it myself in photoshop. I'm a photographer, and I wanted to practice a collage that I wanted to offer to clients. So, I used my little man as a Guinea Pig.

He didn't mind too much.

Don't you just wanna pinch that tummy? hehe

Yes, I do want a girl! I'd like to have one of each, and this might be our last child! DH has 2 children from a previous marriage, so this will make four for him! But I will be happy with a boy or girl. Of course, I want a healthy baby, no matter the gender. And if it were a boy, my son would have a brother, I'm sure they'd be close.

Are you hoping for one or the other?

DS was sleeping when DH was supposed to come home... BUT he had to work late. UGH. I know he's going to fall asleep on the couch again before Aidan goes to sleep. Then I'll have to be the crazy obsessive ttc wife and try to wake him up.

GRRRRRRRRRRR~ I should've known his work week would be busy while I'm potentially fertile.
