Please do not bump your post to the top of the page in order to have your request done faster. Also, please do not post replies to your request unless you are answering a question from an artist. Thank you notes may be posted in the pick-up thread in Blinkie Pick Up.

WHY? Blinkie artists should work from the bottom of the board up, and will almost always open posts with “0” replies first. If you bump your request, the artist will see that there have been replies already and it may be skipped over entirely. Your request will be noticed sooner if you leave it alone and wait.

Please keep these tips in mind when you think your request may have been forgotten or buried…

1) Blinkie artists start at the bottom of the board and work their way up (and should also check the second page once in a while, just in case!) If there are requests with no replies below yours, it may be a bit longer wait.

2) Please request holiday blinkies well ahead of time to be sure that the artists will have it completed in time.

3) There will be days when there are few, if any, blinkie artists online – they’re all busy with their families too, and all have off days when they may not be feeling especially creative. Please keep in mind that they are volunteering their time to create blinkies!

If you have waited more than five days for your blinkie, please PM one of the Blinkies R Us co-hosts; we will see to it that it is made a priority and completed ASAP.
