Ok i messed around with it let me know what you girls think...i will put the two that i have made so far in here. please advice is needed

I like the color of the second one

Here's my CC...

I think the shadow around the light blue rectangles need to be smaller and much closer. It's a bit too black and too big. I think the whole siggy would look cleaner if it was much smaller. I would add a white stroke around all of the names (like you have in the pink siggy), but make it 1 pixel bigger. And add a small shadow to it. I would make the birthdays much smaller and in a different, very simple font like Arial or Decker so they're there, but not the same size as the names. I'd also change the "happily expecting..." to the same font as the birthdays because when you have small font like that, a white stroke makes it hard to read so a small, sharp font would be better.
