I am curious how the flashing picture siggies work.. Also, how do you find all these kits? Some of them are just beautiful and I can't seem to find them. Any help would be awesome.

What program are you using? Do you have an animation program with it?

As for kits, you can find lots at places like http://digiscrapdepot.com/freebies

I have some free kits on my blog, as well: http://princessk316.blogspot.com

My friend is loaning my CS, dunno the number if there is one or not, to see if I like it. I have to wait to get a serial number from her, but I didn't know how it compared to PS Elements or not. Whether or not CS has animation (I really want to learn about that) and to see if it justifies buying it. Any information would be great.

CS2 comes with Image Ready, which is an animation program. I don't think CS3 comes with any animation program at all. I haven't used Elements, but I have heard that, if you don't want to spend a lot of money, Elements is a good alternative to CS (CS is pretty expensive).
