I have paint shop pro, but I have hardly used it. I have noticed that kits do not work properly in PSP. The png files are all messed up. There maybe some that can be used in PSP though. Let me do a quick search...okay here are some links:

hmm I am not sure how to help. I have never had a problem opening kits in my PSP. What version of PSP do you use? And how are they messed up?
The only problems I have ever encountered with downloading is for templates. They don't always work for that, so I use my magic wand to use them.
