I am looking for a tutorial on how to do animation with Photoshop CS4... I have two pics of my son that are similar, but I want to make it look like he is moving in my siggy. Anyone know how to do this?

Do you know how to do animation at all? To open your animation window, click Window<Animation. Then put the first picture in the first frame (make sure only the first picture is visible. Then, add a new frame, make the first pic invisible and make the second pic visible. Then you can play around with timing, etc.
