I can't seem to figure out how to make realistic shadowing! I've played around SO much with my shadows, but I can't seem to do it very well...anyone have any tips or tricks?

What programe you use? In Psp i do a drop shadow on a new layer. Then i play with the drop shadow, Hold your shift button while using your pointer and you can skew the shape. That's the best i can do, maybe you can tweak it a bit more.

like how a picture frame would looke...kind of like Julia's submission for the photo mask challenge....but I've seen one recently that I've been trying to find, it was a shadow of a person sitting and it looked really realistic...I can't seem to get anything to look right. Especially like the whole photo frame deal though....nothing I do looks right.

I made it with PSE so you might have to change just a few things for PS, but I really can't remember.
