How are the siggies that are just names made? I see them with cool tags and such, ribbon going through them and would love to learn how to make one. I couldn't find a tutorial but I could have just missed it. There is a lot of information here . I use photoshop elements if that matters. Thanks for any help.

A lot of times the name is done with an alpha but you can use a font with styles added to it. For something like a ribbon running through it, duplicate your ribbon so that one is in a layer in front of the name and one in a layer behind it. Then select the top ribbon and use an eraser to erase the areas where the ribbon should look like it's behind the letters. It's super easy because you don't have to be exact since the ribbon behind will show if you erase a little further than you meant to. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
