I am still really loving the concept for this layout, but the photos, man, the photos! I have just been at them and at them trying to make the skin tones match, and all I have managed to do is make it look like they are all glowing. Any tips for how I can fix the problem?

Super cute idea!! You actually got pretty darn close with those skin tones! I would use the dodge tool with a soft brush set to a low opacity on his face in the 5 month photo and reduce a bit of the red highlights. Then I'd probably do the same with the dodge tool on the current photo on his face, and then I'd do the burn tool only on his shoulder/arm. It should be okay if you set the opacity lower on the dodge/burn tool, like 50% or so maybe?

I'm not super good at explaining it and I usually just play around until it looks right, but I hope that helps!!

Thanks....I tried what you said but I'm still not loving it....maybe I'll just take the 'cheater's' tactic of turning the whole thing to black and white so that I don't have to deal with it any more....
