ok so i might sound like a bit of an idiot here.

when i want to make a new siggy (file/new...)

what should the settings be so that i keep my quality of photo's and scrapbits?

i have tried a few things and when i start creating it looks sooo grainy! why?

I use CS4. I start out with the Web preset (640x480). If you're making something JUST for the web, use 72 dpi for the resolution. If you want to make something to print, change the resolution to 300 dpi.
