Scrappy/cluttered siggies can be a problem for those who don't know what they're doing. You can fear your adding too much, too little, or that it just looks messy. This style has evolved and changed so much since it started you'll find that different makers have different definitions of what exactly is a "scrappy" siggy. Some (like me) see it as siggies that use the classic scrap elements, others see it as using anything that comes from a digital scrapbooking kit; this is why this challenge is labeled as scrap/cluttered. Here are some examples:
