I have been playing around with learning to make siggies, this is about the third try

That looks really good! I love the overall layout; the baby in the basket is just too precious. Here is a little bit of CC:

1. Your pictures need to be sharpened up a bit after you resize them. Depending on what program you are using you would go to "Filter-->Sharpen--->Unsharp Mask" and then play around with the settings.

2. I think your drop shadows are a little bit too big and dark. They kind of dominate the picture. I would lower the opacity and the size/distance on all of them.

Other than that, it looks really cute! Welcome to the boards!

i would like to point out when you are resizing make sure you keep the ratio checked....other wise the pics look distorted

What program are you using? I agree with what the others have mentioned.. and I dunno if you did this or not but what a lot of the girls do for cutouts, after they do the cut out they select with the magic wand tool and feather the image by 1 or 2px just once and it kinda cleans up the edges. Sorry if that made no sense! lol If you tell us what program you're using it will be easier to help you.

Also, you may want to post things you want CC on in the siggy makers lounge, you will get a lot more responses there
