Hey ladies. I've been messing around with CS4 and I've downloaded a ton of brushes. They look kinda plain and I was wondering where you got the graphics for some of your siggies? Are they download-able or is there a site to pay for them? Any help would be appreciated. TYIA!

DigiScrapDepot.com - Digital Scrapbooking Freebies has a whole load of freebie scrap kits to download and use.
There are also stores where you can buy kits, a lot of designers that give freebies that are listed on digiscrapdepot also sell in stores, they'll have links in their blogs.

OMG..i have soo much to learn! I have photopshop..can i dopwnload things from that site into that? if so, how?

You download the kits onto your computer, then drag and drop the elements into your siggy window and resize them to fit.

i went todigitalscrapbookingfreebies which eventually led me to smilebox...i DL it...and started working...copy and pasted codes into siggy...seems not to be working...

grr,,,why?

Pass! Not quite sure how smilebox works.

If you go to digiscrapdepot
and look on the left hand side you'll see search, You can either look through kits by theme or by the date added to the site (you can also search for a specific designer)
Once you find a kit you like there will be a link to click on to get to their website where you'll find the kit to download. Click on the download link and it will either download automatically or re-direct you to a file share site like 4-shared. Download the kit and once it's downloaded you will have to unzip it and then all the elements will be available for you to use.

Once you have your siggy made, save it as a jpg (or gif if animated) and upload it to a photo hosting site like photobucket and copy & paste the IMG code into your signature box on JM.

random tip for WinRar, download the trial, and when you need to unzip something, right click and choose "Extract Here". It wont actually open up Winrar, and it will never tell you you have to buy WinRar to continue using it. Neat little loophole...

I just want to warn anyone that downloads stuff from here. I downloaded about 4 things yesterday and immediately after the last one I got a massive maulware attack and it has completely locked up my main computer. I know you can't tell until after the fact, so just be careful. I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

I guess that's the chance we take. It's not Digiscrapdepot to blame, they only link you to the blogs where the link to the kit is.
