Before we can help, what program are you using, and what are you currently saving them as?

hmm... I don't use PSP, but I'll ask *Kiliki* to come by, she is the only one I know on here off the top of my head that uses, PSP.

Jpeg should be the best way to save, but some program you have to click "save for web" rather than just "save as.."

There should be an option when you are saving that says "Export" rather than Save or save as, use that and click JPEG Optimization. A window will pop up and you can compress the file to under 150K (the max siggy size) then click okay and you can save it where you want to Hope that helps!

does it look distorted right when you save it or just when you get it onto JM? if its when you get it on to JM check the file size to make sure its under 600px wide otherwise JM resizes it and then it looks blurry and what not....otherwise i use PSP 8 so im not sure if everything is the same as how you save it...but make sure you save as a JPEG not as a gif as that will tend to distort and make it grainy
