I think it's cute! I really like the bright colors, and the mask that you used. One thing you might want to think about doing is making the ultrasound photo bigger and more of the focus of your siggy with the text smaller to the side. (Since the baby is what you really want to be showing off.
) Also, check the size of your file. Right now it looks like the siggy is 640 pixels by 400 pixels, but for JM the maximum width is 600 pixels, so if yours is any bigger than that JM will automatically shrink it. Also the maximum file size is supposed to be 150 KB and yours is 158 KB. But the overall look of it is awesome! I love the feather element and the shadowing you did there.
